(HM Trawler Notts County FY-250 was sunk by U-701 on Mar. 1, 1942. Forty-one men were lost in the ship. There was only one survivor, Officer's Steward John Francis Baxter.)

(The unnamed ship was the Catahoula, which was sunk on Apr. 5 by U-154.)

(The first unnamed ship was the 3,516-ton freighter Malchace, which was sunk on Apr. 9 by U-160. Fireman Earl Chamness, Jr. was the only casualty.)
