The majority of reports on the front pages today are centered around the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. I have made no notes on this page, but please take note of the outrageous headlines, especially amongst the U.S. newspapers, warning of Japanese and German air attacks on the east and west coasts of the U.S.A. I have added additional papers today to provide more examples of how the country was panicked by the press and the government. The headlines show just how scared people were at that time.
