Harold W. Marney

Harold Marney from Springfield, Massachusetts was only nineteen and therefore the youngest crew member of the PT-109. He came aboard in late July or August 1, 1943 as a replacement for Maurice Kowal. He was in the forward gun turret at his station at the time of impact and was killed instantly. His body was never found.
