This photo is probably the torpedo gunboat Salve. It may have been taken while fitting out as the guns do not appear to be fitted. Also note the two torpedo tubes in the bows. While historical sources indicate that this class had only trainable torpedo tubes on the stern, I have a drawing which confirms that Salve was built with tubes in the bows.
