The Animals in War Memorial, Park Lane, London, England. Dedicated to the animals who "had no choice" if they would fight or not. Very much overlooked in modern times, animals have played an important part in military campaigns since the dawn of time.

Animals in War Memorial.

One of the most important animals, the pack mule, two of them are seen carrying their loads heading toward the portal.

Many different types of animals are carved into the wall in the background. An elephant is the most dominant feature on the wall, but horses, mules, camels a goat, a dog and an ox and pigeons are also immortalized on the wall.
