1931: Fairey Long Range Monoplane (K1991).
Two of this type of aircraft were built to set long distance records. The first, J9479, failed to set a record, but K1991 set the record for non-stop flight on Feb. 6-8, 1933 in a flight from RAF Cranwell to Walvis Bay, South Africa.
