1. May 18, 2011 My great-uncle Gerard Elzendoorn, was the architect who designed the Prins Albert in the 1930's. He worked for Cockerill Yards at the time. He also designed amongst others the CMB liner "Baudoinville", the RMT ship Copacabana, and the sailing yacht Ascoy, which belonged to the Belgian singer Jacques Brel. He was a very modest person, and I'm afraid that because of this he never really got credit for the great ships he designed. It would be great for us to see his name added to your superb website.
