Note the report at bottom left: "Officer In Tower Said To Be Nazi Announcer"
(This could be the "German voice" that hijacked a BBC broadcast a few days ago.
Also note the report at top right: "Pocket Ship Sinks Ship"
(The "pocket" ship is identified as the German cruiser Admiral Scheer, but in fact was the German cruiser Admiral Graf Spee. The identity of the ship was made by the survivors of the SS Clement, but was incorrect. This information was passed o to the Admiralty, who told the press the ship was the German cruiser Admiral Scheer. This incorrect identification continued until Dec. 14th when Admiral Graf Spee was engaged with three British cruisers in the Battle of the River Plate.

Note the report in column 2: "American Smugglers Aid U-boats"
