Note the report in columns 6-8: "Heydrich, The Torture Expert, Is Wounded In Prague, His Assailants Escape, And Nazis Declare State of Emergency In Czech Protectorate"
(SS-Obergruppenführer Reinhard Heydrich, Deputy Protector of Bohemia and Moravia had indeed been attacked in Prague. Two Czechs, trained in England, had attempted to assassinate him, but the attack failed to kill him outright, but it did kill him. He languished in hospital, suffering, until June 4th when he died of blood poisoning from a piece of upholstery from his car seat that was blown into his body by the bomb.)

Note the report in column 3: "Italian Submarine Surrenders"
(I have no record of an Italian submarine surrendering, and, as the report states, I have no record of an Italian submarine named Pamplona. The persistent reports, becoming more detailed as the days go by, leads me to believe that something happened, but no Italian submarines were sunk or captured in May of 1942.)
