Note the report in column 2: "Submarine Lost"
(The Admiralty announces the loss of HMS P-32, but had no details. P-32 sank on Aug. 18 following an explosion. Two men, including the commanding officer, escaped and survived. They were picked up by the Italian MAS-528 and taken prisoner. They were repatriated in 1943 in a prisoner exchange. The Italians located the wreck and sent divers to investigate, they found that the hull was bent outward, indicating that the explosion was internal and not caused by hitting a mine. The cause of the explosion has not been conclusively determined. P-32 had no combat victories.
Also note the report in column 3: "Red Invader Again"

(The first New Zealander to be awarded the Victoria Cross, Sergeant Pilot James Allen Ward, RNZAF, VC, reported missing. He was shot down and killed on Sept. 15th. His body was recovered by the Germans and buried in a civilian cemetery. The Germans confirmed his death to the British in Aug. of 1942.)

Note the report at bottom left: "Thousands Of Nazis Sent To The Bottom Of The Sea"
(Another fantastic claim made by the Soviet Information Bureau, which appears to have been created from whole cloth, like almost all Russian reports. The only ship I can find that was sunk during the attack on Oesel [Ösel] island was the Finnish coast defense vessel, Ilmarinen, which was sunk by a mine. 271 men were lost in the ship.)
