(New speed limits for Texas drivers. Private autos, 60 m.p.h. daytime, 50 at night. Busses 55 m.p.h. day or night. Trucks 45 m.p.h. day, 40 night. All vehicles 30 m.p.h. through cities and towns. Currently the highest speed limit I am aware of is on the tollway east of Austin, which is 85 m.p.h.)
