July 6, 1918 the Commonwealth & Dominion Line cargo ship Port Hardy was sunk by SMS U-91 about one hundred miles west of Tangiers, Morocco. She was en route from Buenos Aires to Genoa when lost. The only other details about the loss I have are the names of the seven men who lost their lives when she went down. |
