On October 14, 1890 Dwight D. Eisenhower was born in this small house in Denison, Texas. The family lived here about three years and moved to Kansas when Dwight was 18 months old.

 

The birthplace of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, the room where he was born is to the right of the door, the parlor is to the left.
