January 26, 1916 the British minesweeper Mignonette was launched at Dunlop, Bremner & Co., Port Glasgow, Scotland. She was sunk by a mine laid by SMS UC-66 just over a year later on St. Patrick's Day, Mar. 17, 1917, fourteen of her crew were lost with her.
