August 29, 1894 at the yard of Bartram, Haswell & Company in Sunderland, England the cargo steamer Queen Olga was launched, Mrs. Dunlop, the wife of the senior owner of the ship preformed the ceremony. She sailed under several different names, survived the Great War, but was destroyed by fire at Valencia, Spain on Nov. 24, 1921. |
