History:
Feb. 16, 1905:
Two internal explosion caused by gas fumes killed 6 men at Queenstown, Ireland.

Four members of the crew of HMS Hazard were injured in the second explosion when
they boarded A-5 to rescue those in the submarine, they were;

Mason, Richard (Stoker)
Maw, William J. (Stoker)
