Damaged by Norwegian shore batteries Apr. 9, 1940 at Bergen, Norway during
Operation Weserübung (Invasion of Norway).
Sunk Apr. 10, 1940 by Fleet Air Arm aircraft from 800 Squadron and
803 Squadron while at anchor at Bergen, Norway. The wreck was raised
in 1942, but capsized. Uprighted in Mar. 1943 and used as a pier for U-boats.
Capsized again on Sept. 22, 1944, finally scrapped after the war.
