December 13, 2008: Former crewman Friedrich Bachmann (seated center) at a dinner in Mendoza, Argentina to
commemorate the anniversary of the Battle of the River Plate. Seated at left is Mrs. Delia Neumann, wife of the
late Gustav Neumann (Matrosenobergefreiter, Division 3, Admiral Graf Spee), seated at right Mr. Bachmann's
daughter Erika. Mrs. Neumann graciously contributed a number of photographs to MaritimeQuest that can be

Standing at left is Mr. Carlos Fourmont, the son of the late Heinz Fourmont (Matrosengefreiter, Division 4, Admiral Graf Spee) and and Mr. Hugo W. Oehler, son of the late Hugo Oehler (Matrosenobergefreiter,
Division 4, Admiral Graf Spee). Mr. Oehler also graciously contributed a number of photos to MaritimeQuest
