Note the report in column 2: "Liner To Be Sent After U.S. Citizens"
(The report states that the SS President Roosevelt was given orders by the State Department to sail to Ireland. It does not specifically state that the State Department announced these orders to the public, so I am assuming that they did and that the Associated Press did not release information that was supposed to be secret. Either way, publishing information on the movements of major ships and allowing this information to get into enemy hands is not a good policy during wartime. This will become evident in a few days. This report comes only days after a report on censors in Europe being more careful about the information they allow into the press.)
